GanachA’rae is the celebration of Andrae’s love for chocolate (especially chocolate fudge cake adorned in luscious chocolate ganache) and baking sweet treats.

A native Texan, Andrae became enthralled with the process of decorating cakes on her 10th birthday when she watched Della, a professional cake decorator in State Road, North Carolina, put the finishing touches on her birthday cake.

Andrae created her first cake in 1983…a Mickey Mouse “head” cake for a school function. Since then, she has created cakes for bridal and baby showers, wedding and groom’s cakes, and numerous birthday cakes for both children and adults.

In 2006, Andrae added catering to her repertoire while living in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and relocated to South Jersey in 2012 when she and Tim married. GanachA'rae provides custom meals for families and groups of 10-300.

With each special occasion, we enjoy the challenge of creating something unique that fits the client’s tastes, as well as the theme of the event.
